Here at Cali Raised Offroad we do everything possible to package and ship your order within a reasonable time frame. Orders begin being pulled within 24 hours of being placed.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to COVID, carriers like Fed Ex, UPS and USPS are experiencing delivery delays and have suspended all on-time guarantees and refunds for delays. We apologize if you experience a delay and appreciate your understanding that carrier shipping delays are beyond our control and we cannot refund freight if it is delayed.
In many cases we assemble kits and or parts based on your specific order. Therefore, due to time and costs, ANY ORDER CANCELED after 24hrs will incur a cancellation fee of 15%.
Custom Builds: On orders that are for special builds, which may require parts to be designated for your build, placed on hold and various parts ordered from vendors based on the specs of your order will have a order cancellation fee of 15%. This is in place to recover the time and costs in bringing in parts for your order which may not be normally stocked. We also pay cancelation fees with the venders that supply us.
Therefore: After 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order the full order amount WILL be subject to a cancellation fee. If you have any questions feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Rock Sliders: After 24hrs from receipt of order, sliders are "NON Cancelable"
Custom Ordered Parts: Armor/Sliders/Racks/Canopies are "NON Cancelable"

Any custom orders that include custom fabrication parts that are built to order and or parts that require modifications to the parts original condition may not be cancelled.

If a shipping label has been made for an order it is unable to be cancelled.
